We had just picked up T086A1, T124A1 & the T124As as they began breaching, tail-slapping and cartwheeling.

These seven whales quickly turned around and met up with the T046s a few moments later, just before they all initiated a long dive.

Ten minutes later, both matrilines surfaced and were making haste in completely different directions. Leave it to Bigg’s killer whales to always make you wonder!
