Such an incredible day out on the Royal Miss Belmar! This was our best trip of the season so far!
We spotted not one, not two, not three, not four but FIVE humpback whales in total today!!
At one point three of the whales joined together for a little bit and all three lunged out of the water at the same time feeding on bunker fish. It was such a rare and amazing sight to see!! Two of the whales lunge fed together a few more times making for more great photo opportunities. It was just incredible!
The whales gave us an amazing show with lunge feeding and tail shots, we couldn’t ask for any better. We go whale watching every day and our trips just keep getting better and better.
