A Pec Slapping Humpback in New York – 9/18
A passenger onboard the America Princess (a certified vessel operating out of Breezy Point, New York), saw the whale spout and informed the staff. The whale was being a little lazy until out of nowhere it started pectoral slapping attracting a second whale. -Mitchell
