In Coulter Bay we could hear them singing. The most incredible sound I have ever heard before.

We went around Coulter Island in the canoe and saw two Humpbacks fishing in the bay. There was only a kayak, a boat and us in our canoe there with them and they were at least 200 feet away.

Every 15 minutes like clockwork they would come… but you didn’t know where. We stayed in the shallows.

Fish were jumping, harbours seals nervous and eagles congregated. Quite the sight. Sadly I didn’t get any good pictures.
