Despite the rainy weather, our whale-watching trip today turned out to be an unforgettable adventure. The afternoon brought us incredible sightings and memories that will last a lifetime. As we set out from Belmar Beach, NJ, the excitement was palpable, and the rain couldn’t dampen our spirits.
During the trip, we were thrilled to spot not just one, but two humpback whales lunge feeding together. This magnificent sight left everyone on board in awe. The whales’ powerful movements and the sight of them feeding were truly a spectacle to behold. Adding to the excitement, a pod of dolphins joined the show, enhancing the fantastic experience.

The highlight of the day was when one of the humpback whales breached right before our eyes. The crowd erupted in cheers and applause as we all witnessed this incredible moment. Seeing such majestic creatures up close in New Jersey’s waters is a unique experience, and we were glad to be able to share it with our passengers.

We understand that many people are on vacation and have limited opportunities to enjoy such adventures. That’s why we made sure to proceed with the trip despite the rain. We didn’t want anyone to miss out on the chance to see these amazing whales. We’re delighted that our decision led to a successful and fun day. Although some people got a little wet, the smiles on their faces said it all—they became part of the lucky one percent who get to see whales up close.
