Owl and Calf. The whale pictured at the top is Owl and she had just swam through a patch of seaweed.

Her calf was swimming parallel to her until she came into contact with the seaweed. At that point the calf made a sudden turn in towards his mom and the seaweed. I would love to know more about why the calf decided to turn so suddenly. Did Owl communicate directly to him as if she were calling him over to play with the seaweed? Maybe it was something much more simple in that the calf just happened to look and see the seaweed at the same moment and he became curious. I guess only they know for sure.
