It was my sixth birthday when I saw my first cetacean.

I barely remember it but as a birthday gift, my parents and grandpa took me on a whale watch out of Gloucester, MA. It was an AWFUL day; super foggy and rough. And we still managed to see 6 humpback whales and my life changed forever.

I’ll be 37 on July 24 of this year and have been whale watching ever since!
