My First Dolphin Sighting – 18/12/22

On vacation in St. Augustine, my aunt and uncle and I decided to take a walk down to the Vilano beach pier.

While there my uncle called out claiming he saw a dolphin fluke, so we turned and watched.

For about ten minutes we watched as a group of 2-3 dolphins swam across the waters near the pier until they got too far away to where we couldn’t see them anymore.

I am an autistic teen and cetaceans are my special interest and it was just incredible being able to witness wild dolphins for the first time ever!!!
