I answered the phone in the interpretation office at the Vancouver Aquarium and one of the researchers from the British Columbia Cetacean Sightings Network told me there were dolphins in the inlet and I dropped the phone, yelled DOLPHINS and just ran and there was this sea of red interps and others behind me. We got down to the water and just stared while they were popcorning and all sorts of other behaviours. I then stopped one of the Stanley Park Horse-Drawn carriages and basically started to interpret the whole dolphin show for them-a memorable experience indeed!
