So we were heading back from our fieldwork in Antarctica where we were working with Fin whales, and on a day in the Drake Passage when the waves were 5m, me and my roommate were lying in bed just relaxing. He then looked out his window and spotted the Hourglass dolphins so I jumped up and a wave threw me into the door oops. But it was so cool we sat looking through the porthole as the dolphins rode the bow and we could see their bodies in the waves as they rose up above us. Amazing experience and an epic way to see them!
