Offshores

Of the three killer whale ecotypes you can find in British Columbia Offshores are the most mysterious and the least studied. While there is still so much to learn about these animals what we have learned is fascinating! They travel in extremely large groups (sometime of over 50 or 100 individuals) and one of their major sources of food seems to be sharks!
