For almost all of the 2 hour trip we had active whales around us.
A long time with a mom and her baby but also a completion pod with lots of action. We also had a male go under the boat and actually came in contact with the underside of the vessel with his pectoral fin.
Very cool. I asked the first mate if she had ever had a whale give the vessel a slap before and she advised that this was a first for her and she had been doing it for a long time.
All and all a great time with Ultimate Whale Watching.
