Today, before all of the thunderstorm excitement, we had a great deal of whale excitement when we came across Abyss again! This is the same whale pictured below playing with the Lion’s Mane Jellyfish. Today, acrobatics were on her mind. She was super active and lobtailing, tail breaching, flipper slapping, and even did one full body breach.
This whale has very quickly become a favorite! I absolutely adore her. Here’s another look at this stunning animal.
I really hope to see this little whale again before the season is up.
