Today we were lucky enough to have a very familiar fin – T049C – “Janet” very close to shore in Victoria, we are so privileged to live here and get the whales just right there sometimes passing by🥰
Janet had a big gash in his back which indicates that he has been active hunting and probably was attacked by one of his prey items (most likely a seal ) fighting for his/her life.
