That monkey was finally lifted on off my back! Haven’t had a Bigg’s encounter since October 10th when I had the T038A’s, T035A’s, T137B and T137D. Ironically, it was them that broke the slump today joined by the T075B’s right around the corner from Cowichan Bay

Lots of socializing, some great vocals above and below the surface and getting a proper introduction to T038A2 made the day today.

Some things just can’t be captured with a camera and there were a couple times today when the whales just stayed motionless at the surface in what we affectionally call a “cuddle puddle”.

This was the T075B’s cuddling up with mom spy hopping beside her youngest.
