Our foggy day started passing a really odd looking ship, it was a Zumwalt Class Destroyer! Next we headed into Admiralty Inlet and a few minutes later we found Endangered Southern Resident orcas J pod!

We were able to see all the members of the pod including the 2 new babies J57 and J58.

We left the J’s and took a trip into the Strait of Juan de Fuca to Protection Island wildlife refuge. Saw a Steller Sea Lion on the way there and saw lots of seals. On the way back we saw a beautiful fogbow and at the end of it we found J pod again!
