Yesterday, I captured 6 breaches on camera! We watched a mother and calf for about half of our trip as they displayed numerous behaviors.
This is the mother humpback whale almost doing a full breach right next to our ship.
The baby then did 10 back to back breaches while the mother did pectoral slaps on the water repetitively.

We also encountered a mola mola, also known as a sunfish, and a few harbor seals and sea lions. It was an extremely successful whale watching trip to say the least!
